Training of local self-governments of Yamalo-Nenetsky autonomous okrug in intergovernmental fiscal relations

(  Yamalo-Nenetsky AO   is one of 6 regions constituted Ural federal District)

The training was delivered by Gleb Pokatovich  and Roman Afanasiev  according to the training needs of the Client. This include:

• Intergovernmental fiscal relations on the regional level, and IGFR regulating instruments;

• Estimation of revenue capacity and expenditure needs for the equalization purpose,

• Specifics of IGFR in Yamalo-Nenetsky AO.
