In the framework of the project the CFP’s experts have developed the following drafts reional regulations:

1. On the methodology of calculating financing normative and on the procedures of transition to normative-based budgeting for general school education including those with increasing coefficients for orphans.


2. On methodology of financing special (correction) schools including those with increasing coefficients for orphans.


3. On the methodology of calculating financing normative for special schools for students with deviative behavior


4. On the methodology of calculating financing normative for vocational shools.


5. On the methodology of calculating financing normative for Orphan Houses.


6. On the methodology of calculating financing normative for preschool education.


7. On the methodology of calculating financing normative for additional education.
