Galina Kurlyandskaya took part in the plenary discussion “Russia and the World: 2012 – 2020”

On January 18, 2012, CFP Director General Galina Kurlyandskaya took part in the plenary discussion at the international conference “Russia and the World: 2012 – 2020” held within the framework of Gaidar Forum. The theme of the plenary discussion, moderated by Minister of Regional Development V. Basargin, was performance criteria for regional institutions. Ms. Kurlyandskaya spoke about recommendations on improving performance evaluation of regional authorities developed by the CFP, such as reducing the number of criteria of integrated performance evaluation, replacement of the integral composite index for comprehensive indicators for each field of activities of RF subjects, abolition of the current form of performance evaluation etc.
