On June 9, 2012, CFP Director of Budget Policy Department Alexander Deryugin took part in the extended meeting of the Expert Council of the State Duma Committee On Federal Structure and Local Governance.

One of the major agenda items was to discuss the updated draft of the recommendations developed during the parliamentary hearings organized by the State Duma Committee on Federal Structure and Local Governance on April 26, 2012 (“Legislative support to and improvement of the assignment of responsibilities between the tiers of government”) as well as materials prepared by the committee of the All-Russia Local Government Council to its Fifth congress.
