On April 25-27, 2012, CFP experts Elena Andreeva and Antonina Kovalevskaya took part in the all-Russia conference “State policy in the field of child welfare: legislation – standardization – practice” organized by the National Foundation for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children with the support of the RF Ministry of Health and Social Development, Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of the Interior and the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation. The conference participants from over 60 Russian regions discussed urgent issues of child rights protection, prevention of child abuse and social orphanhood.
CFP Academic Director Elena Andreeva addressed the conference with the presentation “Standardization of services and modern approaches to budgeting”.
