On March 29, 2012, CFP advisor Igor Arlashkin spoke at the extended board meeting at the Finance Ministry of Vologda Oblast on “Development of municipal programs of more effective budget spending”. The lecture was delivered as part of the consulting support provided to the Vologda Oblast Finance Department under the program of More Effective Public Spending in Vologda Oblast in 2012 – 2013.
