G. Kurlyandskaya took part in the Sub-Sovereign Finance Forum organized by the World Bank

G. Kurlyandskaya took part in the Sub-Sovereign Finance Forum “Debt, Insolvency and Market Lessons Learned and Emerging Issues” organized by the World Bank and supported by PPIAF. The Forum took place in Washington DC on 20 June, 2011. The Forum was intended to promote the exchange of cross-country experience and lessons in these cross-cutting topics, and encourage debates on the emerging issues and priorities. Galina took part in the Session on “Developing Subnational Debt Markets – Experience of China, Philippines, Russia, South Africa, and United States”.
