Galina Kurlyandskaya took part in “PPP Days” that took place in Geneva On February 21 – 23, 2012. “PPP Days” is the annual international forum that brings together government officials, businessmen and experts from all over the world to share their experience of forming and financing infrastructure projects where the state and the private sector act as partners. "PPP Days 2012" was jointly hosted by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), the World Bank Institute and the Asian Development Bank in Geneva. Ms. Kurlyandskaya was an active participant in the discussion of PPP financing schemes and their budgetary accounting.
